flatpaks apps in flathub not recognized regional language(Spanish) in Ubuntu 18.04

## Description of the problem

I'm noticing that flatpak applications hosted on flathub when I install some on ubuntu 18.04, applications do not recognize the language of the operating system. My regional language is Spanish. I installed Gimp, mypaint, kdenlive and these applications are translated into English. I configured the languages from the preferences of the applications and restarted them but the applications are still in English. This only happens in ubuntu 18.04, because in linuxmint 18.3 the flatpak applications recognize well the language of my system, Spanish.

Install Flatpak

• sudo apt update

Install the Software Flatpak plugin

• The Flatpak plugin for the Software app makes it possible to install apps without needing the command line. To install, run:
• sudo apt install gnome-software-plugin-flatpak

Add the Flathub repository

• Flathub is the best place to get Flatpak apps. To enable it, run:
• flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo

Restart

• To complete setup, restart your system.
• Install any app flatpak from software center
