[Bug]: freeform.desktop.openh264 is not updating.

What architecture are you using?

How to reproduce

1. open terminal
2. Type flatpak update
3. then from below options there is one which says freeform.desktop.openh264
4. after typing Y it gets stuck on 37% and gets stuck forever until it gives an error.

Expected Behavior

I expect it to get updated successfully.
