Activity feed does not report encryption being turn via yaml team spec

🧑‍💻  Expected behavior

When disk encryption is turned off, through the UI or the CLI, the activity feed will log this change.

💥  Actual behavior

After applying a team config that turns off disk encryption, the activity feed does not report this occurrence.

Reproduce

• Apply a team spec that enables disk encryption
• Apply the same team spec but change enable_disk_encryption: true to false
