Not yet initialized ADE mac devices are sent to Vanta integration, triggering failures

Computers that have not yet been initialized don't cause failures in Vanta.

💥  Actual behavior

These computers do cause failures, for example

Enroll a new ADE device in Fleet, but don't yet initialize it (commonly happens when we order a new laptop).
