Fleet version:
4.50.0
Web browser and operating system: This user has google chrome, Version 125.0.6422.141 (Official Build) (arm64) (however this has been reported by all customer-preston employees)


💥  Actual behavior

When viewing all teams for the tagged client, they do not see any software for their entire fleet. Compared to dogfood, this is different. The modal is correct as it is not set up to send "all teams" software. Can share recording if needed.

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Have mix of devices enrolled in Fleet with different teams
  2. Select Software tab, defaults to All Teams
  3. Notice no software displayed

QA Testplan

The fix involves the following: Host details page and device details page are now showing the latest software.

  • Those pages should be populated around the time devices are enrolled
  • Add/remove software from device and press refresh -- the software count (and fetched software) should update

Load test is required. Monitor initial device enrollment and hourly device refresh for any performance spikes.
