Installed software says "Installed" after it's uninstalled

💥  Actual behavior

When an IT admin or end user installs software (package or App Store app) using Fleet, it shows as "Installed" on the host.

When the software is deleted (end user deleted it or IT admin runs a script remotely), Fleet still shows the "Installed" status, which is now incorrect.

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

1. Install software.
2. Manually delete.
3. Note status never changes from "Installed".

@georgekarrv @sharon-fdm I'm adding this to both MDM and EO boards because you both worked on App Store features that may need tooltips updated to make sure we're clear with users about the "Installed" status.
