Article template for case studies

Goal

Create a markdown article template for case studies.
For now, these will follow the same basic article template with a few additions:

• Markdown element for quotes. Use the existing component (see AI haiku post). Let's update that component to make the styles match the quotes from the landing pages.
• <ul> check marks for the "Results" section. This whole section will probably need to be formatted in HTML
• Update existing CTA component to match the primary and secondary CTA styles seen on /device-management (using the same links)
