/better - add two new bullet points to the accordion

Goal

• Add a bullet point in the accordion about "Device online/offline" and drop the 2-hour definition of "Active," — but check with Noah to see what active in the product means (also mention to him that we should tooltip it in the product)

• Add the bullet point about browser history, which should tell you to check the "My device" page to see if this is enabled at your organization.
