Website deploy action failing

Issue/Goal:

The Deploy Fleet Website workflow is currently failing because the compressed slug size exceeds Heroku's maximum of 500M

After compressing 198 files in the website/assets/images folder, the deploy action is now working (slug size 495.5M B)
I'm going to continue working on this until we have a good amount of wiggle room.
