💥  Actual behavior

In the workstations team in dogfood, two hosts show up in "Verifying":

These are the hosts:

• https://dogfood.fleetdm.com/hosts/924
• https://dogfood.fleetdm.com/hosts/994

Both of these hosts have at least one OS setting (configuration profile) that's pending:

• @noahtalerman: I think if a host has at least one configuration profile that's pending, we want it to show up in the "Pending" list and count.

To note: those are DDM profiles, and "remove" operations.

@georgekarrv customer-reedtimmer is experiencing a similar issue. They've reported that a DDM configuration for a Safari extension is failing to apply, and in the Fleet UI it's stuck in "Verifying".
