💥  Actual behavior

Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox (Fleet-maintained apps) break when it's installed via Self-service while the app is running.

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

Open My device > Self-service page in Google Chrome and install Chrome.

🛠️ To fix

• @noahtalerman: For this bug, the ideal solution is to quit Chrome or Firefox and make sure the tabs that were open are re-opened on next launch.
  • If we can't make sure tabs are re-opened then it's sufficient to just quit the app.
