These errors occurred when a Fleet instance sent 4 POST requests to the /api/android/v1/enterprises endpoint in 4 seconds. The first run of that action was successful, but the three subsequent runs caused 500 errors when they tried to create database records that violated uniqueness constraints. I'm updating that endpoint to return a 409 response if this happens in the future.
