Add new "Try it yourself" website flow that results in a Render instance in some cases

Goal

Mike T designs a thing for "Try it yourself"

• With an option to login if you already have an account.
• If you are already logged in, you can see something that takes you into your Fleet Premium instance OR into the page that tells you that you're too small.
  • If too small, ie..: get a license (link), deploy it yourself (link), and "got questions?" (which just links to /contact).
  • If you're not too small, you click a thing and you're in your instance.
