Headers for webhooks

Goal

A customer asked to add the ability to create custom headers for webhooks. The goal is to allow direct integration into Kafka queues. It should support static headers and a timestamp header.

It would be nice to add an arbitrary number of key value pairs to include as HTTP request headers.

for example:

FLEET_WEBHOOK_HEADERS="{\"Authorization\": \"Bearer <Token>\"}, \"X-Service-ID\": \"fleet\"}"

the value of FLEET_WEBHOOK_HEADERS is a Stringified JSON object, where each Key is the Header Name and each value is the Header Value.

@tgauda heads up, we decided to deprioritize this issue. There are several OKRs that will take up the Interface team's capacity over the next 6 weeks.

I think it makes sense to notify the customer who requested this that we set this aside for now. Your call.
