Update copy and link to guide in Settings > Integrations

• @GrayW: This page (/settings/integrations/sso/end-users) could benefit from a “Learn more” style link to the relevant documentation: End-user Authentication, making it easier for customers to reference while configuring the settings. This would result in a better experience for the customer, rather than having them search and possibly not find what they need.

User story
As a Fleet user on the Settings > Integrations page,
I want to see a link to a guide and copy that clarifies what features the SSO page is for v. the IdP page
so that I know what to use each page for and how to use the features.

This would result in a better experience for the customer, rather than having them search and possibly not find what they need.
