Download Fleet's agent (fleetd) for Windows

Goal

User story
As an end user working on a Windows workstation at customer-mozartia,
I want to download Fleet's agent from the /mozartia-windows-download page
so that I see an official Fleet-maintained page instead of Google Drive.

Changes

• fleetdm.com changes: Figma wireframes
• Put mozartia's IdP (SSO) in front of this page
• Package URL is an environment variable so that it's not public
• Package will in S3. Anyone on infra team can update it.
  • Updating won't be a frequent action. Not every fleetd release because it auto-updates. Only if mozartia changes the enroll secret or something else breaks.
• During testing, we want to make sure that we can't get in b/c we don't have mozartia credentials.

Noah: Can we put an SSO login in front of the page that is connected to the customer's IdP. That way it will be secure behind SSO login and require credentials to access.

Hey @eashaw now that we want SSO, is it cleaner/faster to standup a separate Sails app on a fleetdm.com subdomain? @mikermcneil just suggested this. Up to you.
