ABM VPP Unassigned Fleet selection displays "No Team"

Selecting the “Unassigned” fleet for ABM or VPP results in the designation being displayed as “No team.”

These steps:

• Have been confirmed to consistently lead to reproduction in multiple Fleet instances.
• Describe the workflow that led to the error, but have not yet been reproduced in multiple Fleet instances.

Configure Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Volume Purchase Program (VPP) if not already done so.

1. Navigate to the settings for ABM or VPP
2. In the Fleet/Team selection dropdown, select “Unassigned” and save.
3. Observe the resulting fleet/team designation shown in the UI.

This is an area where "No team" is returned as a team name from the server. I've deliberately not updated those areas in case they were load-bearing (i.e. something else is relying on that string), so what I'd do here is manually translate "No team" to "Unassigned" on the front-end. I'd prefer to push this to 4.83 at this point if that's ok with @AndreyKizimenko and @lukeheath.
