`fleetctl new`

Goal

User story
As a new Fleet user or GitOps workshop attendee,
I want to run fleetctl new at the base of my GitOps directory that creates the files prototyped by sails generate gitops in a new folder called it-and-security/
so that I can generate a fresh GitOps repo w/o having to use Sails or NPM.

Changes

• fleetctl new generates a folder in current working directory that looks like this: https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/tree/main/website/generators/gitops/templates
  • Helpful output
    • Install git
    • git init
• Guide for next steps...create new git repository, URL and API token, run the action, etc.
• Take the README from the fleet-gitops repo and move it to a guide
