Software installer size error message shows limit of "-1B" instead of "1GiB"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Software page
2. Click "Add software" button
3. Click "Custom package" button
4. Select a file that is greater than 1GB to upload
5. Click "Add software" button
6. Wait for error message to appear

Expected: Error message shows: "Couldn't add. The maximum file size is 1GiB."

Actual: Error message is: "Couldn't add. Request exceeds the max size limit of -1B. Configure the limit: https://fleetdm.com/docs/configuration/fleet-server-configuration#server-default-max-request-body-size."
