Test `numa` Windows security baseline

Goal

User story
As numa,
I want to know that the AI-generate Windows security baseline works when it's applied to a Windows workstation
so that I can migrate from Intune/Chef to Fleet.

• @noahtalerman: We haven't tested whether these profiles/policies/scripts actually enforce the desired setting/registry change. We want to test and confirm that they work and if not tweak the profiles/policies/scripts

FYI @zayhanlon this is outcome of @thomastysong and I's hackathon. Can your team please help us test? Happy to meet w/ whoever takes this on to clarify what we did and the goal.

@noahtalerman my plan is to go though all of these tomorrow morning. I'll add everything in that draft PR #41582 and compare to the standards listed in the google drive link then manually test and see if it's applied. If there is anything else you need me to check over let me know and I'll get to it cheers.
