Show script ID/configuration profile UUID on hover in UI

Goal

User story
As a Fleet user building automations using the run script or resend configuration profile API endpoints,
I want to grab the script ID and configuration profile UUID from the UI
so that I can use these identifiers when I hit the Fleet API.

Feature request

When viewing scripts in the Fleet UI, expose the script ID as a tooltip on the script element so users can see it on a long hover.

Proposed implementation

Add a title attribute to the script name/element in the UI, e.g.:

title="API id: {{script.id}}"

This would allow users to quickly find a script's ID without needing to use the API or browser network inspector.

Context

From this Slack discussion:

• Currently there's no way to see a script's ID in the Fleet UI
• Users need this ID for API calls (e.g., running scripts via the API)
• Workarounds include using the API (GET /api/v1/fleet/scripts) or browser network inspector
• This lightweight tooltip approach would solve the problem without requiring a UI redesign
