Add Updated Minimum macOS Version Activity

We'd like to implement a new activity where users can see when there has been an update to the minimum macOS version.

Requirements

• Implement UI for update to the minimum macOS version.
  • messaging is changed to show when a minimum version is set for a selected team vs for when it is set for hosts not on any team. See figma dev note.
• Integrate with updated GET /activites API data for host update to the minimum macOS version activity.

@ghernandez345 Just saw your comment here, I went with edited_macos_min_version for the name for consistency (we used edited elsewhere. The fields would be:

Note that it's not indicated in the figma, but I think the activity should be created when the requirement is removed too, right @noahtalerman ? So in this case the deadline and minimum_version fields would be empty.
