- Also remove the "this action cannot be undone." We want to remove this everywhere in the UI. It's understood that deleting w/ a red "Delete" button is permanent.

I think we landed on "in this fleet"? But also could we remove that entirely and just say:
Users who are not assigned to other fleets won't be able to login.
