You can copy and paste the emoji from here: https://emojipedia.org/handshake/
(FYI the :foo: thing with colons only works in Slack and in actual GitHub comments/issues -- not in the code.)

@CharlotteChance I had a few secs, so I knocked out the stub of the page real quick (and tweaked the emoji character) so we can go ahead and merge this. |
