updated Q3 OKR doc, we'll need to add Q4 at end of the month and probably set a process on who is responsible for updating the handbook to reflect the latest quarter

Makes sense.

I think I prefer the product handbook to include an archive of previous quarters OKRs. This way the handbook is the first place one goes to look up past OKRs.

@CharlotteChance what do you think?

To reflect this, I updated your PR to include links to Q2 and Q3 OKRs.

@noahtalerman I'm on board with what you're suggesting.

I think I prefer the product handbook to include an archive of previous quarters' OKRs. This way the handbook is the first place one goes to look up past OKRs.

Does it make sense to design this archive of OKRs in a table? or some other form for organizing / accessing past files?

Table ex:

Year, Quarter OKR file
2022, Q1 file hyperlink
2022, Q2 file hyperlink

or

Section heading
subsection for each quarter

Ex:

Fleet OKRs

2022, Q1 OKRs

  • context and hyperlink to file

Let me know what you think fits the Product page best.

Also, what are your thoughts on the DRI of adding this material to the handbook? Happy to take it on, just want to make sure that it's agreed upon and documented.

@CharlotteChance yes, I think the table is slightly easier to parse/read.

Sounds great to me :)
