Overwriting/customizing the default manifest.json file

How could this be done please ?
I tried adding it to the assets folder but nothing was changed when I inspected the web version(localhost:5000/manifest.json) of my app.
I also tried adding it in the main directory(containing my main.py) but still nothing.

I've added a customized manifest.json to that example and it worked like a charm. I can see the name of PWA changed and can download an updated manifest.

Maybe try moving an assets folder to a different directory without a space, just to be on the safe side?..

I got my error.
I was in hot_reload mode, and because of that my manifest was not considered. (is this bug or normal stuff?)
But when running in normal mode, my manifest overwrote the default one.
