Overview
Bumps the Flow360 Python client version from 25.9.1b1 to 25.9.2b1 (including pyproject.toml and the __version__ constant).

Updates multiple simulation JSON fixtures/refs and adjusts tests/utilities to be version-agnostic by ignoring/removing the top-level version key during comparisons, and by injecting the current __version__ where needed.
