How to Connect to Server using FlexMonkey

Hi,

i have a login flex application.

i'm able to test the login screen for validations.

My intention is to test the screen, when i enter correct username and 
password it has to enter in to the application.

But from the FlexMonkey unit test case how can i call the server.

Is i need to start the server for doing this?
