Sorry,I want to change UTYPE from 1 to 0 in CI_Table, but I can't find any state about how to change UTYPE

you cannot set the utype. it's preferable to interpolate on the standard grid if cross sections at other energies are needed. the function InterpCross() can do that. or you can write your own interpolation routine.
