On modern gcc, bool is now a data type and so tclXml can't compile anymore so rename bool variables in code to boolean.
The actual version of tclXml can't be compiled on Arch linux (I am the PKGBUILD maintainer), so if you could create a new tag/version 3.3.1 that just correct the code for building on modern gcc.
