  Changed all CWIDs from int type to varchar(30) in the database, to accomodate schools with alpha-numeric cwids.  Also, added or modified indexes
  on table fields, hopefully to help with query speed.  Removed hard-coded requirements for CWIDs to be numeric.

  Various changes include:  beta feature of "sort best grade first".  Fixed bug in clean URLs. Added support for the concept of "level code".
  Added ability to exclude graduate credits (based on level code).  Added support to display graduate credits in their own box.
