UX, Settings: several suggestions

• directly after opening the settings from the main menu makes it unclear what list has the focus, the left or the right - both look similar (green selection with >)
  • suggestion: the right side should not show a green selection if it does not have the focus
• support -> to move focus from left to right menu
• moving from the left menu to the right allows to use the cursor-right key, but the it is not possible to get back to the left menu using the cursor-left key
  • support <- to move focus to left menu
  • support Shift+Tab to move focus to left menu
• align all the values in the right menu
