Version 1

This is the first version of the power box I've designed and build and it has it's shortcomings, but it is still very usable and uses fewer parts. Safety, however, is overlooked in this version, so it is advisable to consider version 2 of the board.

Bill Of Materials

1 x Arduino Nano board
2 x IR2905 SMD N-MOSFET Transistors
1 x JQC-3FF-S-Z 5V Relay
1 x DHT22 temperature sensor module
1 x ACS712 current sensor module with the range of your choice (we will expand on this below)
1 x S8050(J3Y) SMD NPN transistor
5 x 5.5x2.1 DC Jacks (board mounted or panel mounted)
2 x RCA/Phono plugs (board mounted or panel mounted)
1 x 1N4007 TH (through-hole) diode
1 x 1N4148 SMD diode
1 x 470uF TH capacitor
1 x 100nF SMD capacitor
1 x 1n SMD capacitor
3 x 10k ohms SMD resistors
1 x 100k ohms SMD resistor
2 x 100 ohms SMD resistors
1 x 510 ohms SMD resistor
1 x 3.3k ohms SMD resistor
1 x 3mm TH Red LED

Schematic

Version 2 - WORK IN PROGRESS, DO NOT USE THIS BOARD OR SOFTWARE YET!

This version has the added benefit of having fuses on the input and each output, a P-MOSFET reverse voltage protection, and one to replace the relay, for further miniaturization and prolonged lifespan, the option to add two DS18B20 temperature sensors for dew-heater automation and better input and output filtration, with 1mH inductors and 100nF capacitors.

2 x 100 ohms SMD resistors
1 x 3.3k ohms SMD resistor
2 x DS18B20 temperature sensors (optional) 2 x 3.5mm female mono audio jacks (board mounted or panel mounted) (optional, for the NTC thermistors) 2 x 3.5mm male mono audio jacks (optional, for the NTC thermistors) 1 x 3mm TH Red LED

ATTENTION! The driver and arduino code is compatible with both versions of the board, but you will need to chose the board version and if you are using the temperature probes in the ASCOM chooser driver setup. More on this later.
