Hopefully improved interoperability for the milter, plus small build fixes and cleanup.

Thanks to @edmundlod for finding some issues and dead code in the build system, and to @ksakai100 and @dwbotsch for reporting that O365 is failing some ARC signatures generated by the milter.

Added

  • milter - AuthResComments configuration option to control whether comments are preserved. Defaults to false due to credible reports of Microsoft having broken comment parsing.

Fixed

  • configure check for res_ninit()
