This pull request introduces significant improvements to how executables are listed, filtered, and displayed in the desktop application. The main changes include expanding backend support for filtering executables by workspace, namespace, tags, verb, and custom filters, refactoring frontend hooks to match these capabilities, and updating navigation and UI to provide direct access to the executables list. The sidebar no longer displays an inline tree of executables; instead, executables are now accessed via a dedicated page.
