Feature: implement option to change map immediately when RTV vote is done and next map is confirmed

I encountered an issue where setting the mcs_rtv_map_change_timing parameter to 0.0 does not result in an immediate map change after RTV is triggered.

Maybe...

If you meant RTV vote is done, and map is not changing. This is a expected behaviour, same as SourceMod.
I think my documentation has lack of information a little bit, sorry for that!

Currently, No.
But, if you want a this feature, I'll implement it in future (There is no ETA, since I'm multi-tasking multiple project, sorry!)

I've added a new ConVar to achieve this funcionality.

mcs_vote_change_map_immediately_rtv_vote_success <true|false>

Please regenerate ConVar config or migrate manually!

Also, This version has updated optional dependencies, If you using CS2MenuManager, then update to 1.0.32 from 1.0.28
