Tail plugin : Skip_empty_lines option missing #579
Description
The new skip_empty_lines option is not documented but referenced in the release notes for v1.8.2.
It is actually affecting my integration tests, I'm happy for the default to be false to align with the input by default but it does seem to affect previous behaviour from v1.8.1.
