Document new options Exit_After_Oneshot and Propagate_Exit_Code for the related core fluent-bit PR fluent/fluent-bit#7207

Add a security warning about shell metacharacter processing in commands.

Add an example about how to use the exec plugin as a command wrapper in one-shot mode.

Pushed with a gpg signed commit per repo requirements.

Doesn't need merging until/unless fluent/fluent-bit#7207 is merged anyway

fluent/fluent-bit#7207 is merged so this one should preferably be merged soon too

Docs will be merged once a release is done @ringerc - otherwise it confuses people to see the docs up for something not available in the release.
