[Community] Nominating Tongyu Guo (GithubID: Syspretor) for Fluid committer #78
Description
Dear Fluid TOC members and maintainers,
I am proposing to have Tongyu Guo (GithubID: Syspretor) as a new Fluid committer.
Tongyu Guo, is a senior engineer at Alibaba Cloud and works in the ACK team, focusing on data caching acceleration and AI infrastructure in the cloud-native domain. Tongyu is also a member of kubeflow, sglang, and fluid community.
