Code Review

The pull request updates the dependencies and version of the data_repository package. The changes include modifications to pubspec.yaml, pubspec.lock, and CHANGELOG to reflect the new versions of the core and data_client dependencies, as well as updating the package's own version. I have identified a potential issue in the test file where the stream lifecycle is not properly managed, which could lead to test failures or unexpected behavior.
