Make links to documentation consistent.

All links to documentation are in form of rounded question, but documentation for the current screen is link at the bottom, that is hard to recognize.

How about converting link at the bottom to question mark and moving it to the control pane of the screen?

Perhaps we could always have this button aligned to the top right corner of the screen controls for consistency. For now, this could like to the docs like you are suggesting, Polina.

One interesting idea that we've discussed before would be to, when this button is clicked, open an in-tool documentation pane (the side panel viewer @lukechurch is working on), that renders the docs from the flutter website for this page.

I have trouble getting the latest version of DevTools to run on my machine. What do the existing question mark icon buttons show? The one at the top left corner shows this dialog in the production version:
