iOS missing assets

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade branch to latest version of master (I know -- should probably be using alpha :P).
2. Deploy app to iOS simulator during a debugging session
3. See Missing assets in the app (Icons and Images are especially easy to spot)

Missing assets for iOS device for debugging build. flutter install to ios works. Debugging build assets initially works on a first time simulator, but regresses.

I think it's still #12739. Going to the last engine build solves this.

Sorry, there's some issue with our build infrastructure that's not bringing in the fix. To mitigate for the time being, please stay on alpha or if you need something new-ish, edit https://github.com/flutter/flutter/blob/master/bin/internal/engine.version to 28e08053e28fabfede8ffe594154b95f0f3c2445 which was the last engine build before the issue.
