The current output shows what can be set but does not show current values for those settings...

$ flutter config
Configure Flutter settings.

The Flutter tool anonymously reports feature usage statistics and basic crash reports to help improve
Flutter tools over time. See Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/

Usage: flutter config [arguments]
-h, --help                  Print this usage information.
    --[no-]analytics        Enable or disable reporting anonymously tool usage statistics and crash reports.
    --gradle-dir            The gradle install directory.
    --android-studio-dir    The Android Studio install directory.

Run "flutter help" to see global options.
Analytics reporting is currently enabled.

It does show, at the bottom:

Settings:
  gradle-dir: /Users/devoncarew/homebrew/

Perhaps if not settings are set if should say something to that effect?

Exactly. Its not obvious to the new user that the values are unset or have a default value if there is one.

Yeah, this is not at all obvious. But should be an easy fix.

This is covered in our documentation now (for web.desktop) and should be sufficient, clsoing
