in xcode Profile.xcconfig doesn't exist

Describe the problem

as you can see the default profile is attached to release but the article is asking to create profile and at some point its asking to make sure it's using Profile.xcconfig which doesn't exist

Expected fix

the document be valid, do I need to take extra steps to create Profile? or creating Profile-staging and Profile-production is good enough?
