Page add button instead of infinite canvas

I have a small useful feature idea: My Idea is to make a small (+) button at all 4 directions to add pages instead of the fully generated infinite canvas (see painting below).

Benefits:

• Better PDF annotation, by just adding a page below or above (also side)
• Better printability, because if you add a small distance between the pages, you can't write over 2 pages accidentally
• Less overhead, because no unnecessary page is generated (not sure how much resources are being used)
• Better organized, because you see where you added things.

I'd keep both. Page mode with an explicit "add page" button works well for printable notes and PDF export. An infinite canvas is better for brainstorming, where you don't know how big the idea will get. A middle option could be a toggle that shows page boundaries on the infinite canvas, so you can write freely and still export clean pages. We went back and forth on the same question building Novastart, our infinite canvas (also in Rust). People wanted the freedom, but they also wanted landmarks so they didn't get lost.
