Zoom in: canvas jumps around a bit

Describe the bug
While zooming in, the canvas jumps around a bit:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a document
2. Zoom in
3. See error

Expected behavior
A smooth zoom in without the canvas changing its positon/jumping around a bit.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Fedora 41
• App Version: Rnote v0.11.0
• Installation Source: Flatpak
• Desktop Environment: Gnome 47
• Display Server: Wayland
• Input Source: Touch

I have an around 300-page-long PDF file imported and I see jumps of over 20 pages sometimes, especially while zooming with the touchpad. If the issues are related, it is dependent on the size of the canvas.

Having the same issue, so it's definitely a problem with rnote itself.
