Summary

• Store the archived pre-v17 Gemini mind tarball as a committed git-cas fixture tree.
• Add acceptance coverage that restores the tarball through git-cas, extracts it, verifies the schema 4 checkpoint, and runs the v17 repair path when the installed git-warp package exposes that migration.
• Add git-cas as a direct dev dependency and record the remaining clean-CI git-warp dependency truth gap in backlog.
