L-CNN with Swiss dataset

This version of the L-CNN model code contains a Dataset module & scripts that allow training & running the model with Swiss data.

Revised version of L-CNN model code

Model code version revised based on reviewer comments. Main changes include:

• option to plot map & rain rate difference instead of rain rate in case figures
• script to plot distributions of dataset values
• bug fix of variable defined in wrong place in LagrangianFMIComposite.py
