Handling of syntax errors in test suite

Did the affected tests actually still run somehow?

The config parser parses each line individually, but doesn't ensure each is fully parsed. So anything after a correctly bracketed test case is not parsed at all and ignored.

These extra brackets are one such case, but you could also write any other text there and it would still work.

I can fix this by enforcing eof per line in the parser if that is desirable.
