DD computation is not yet matching the incoming FsGrid PR (fmihpc/fsgrid#27).
How should legacy cases be handled? I don't think we actually need, at least in principle, to have the new DD computation here at all, since decompositions should be stored when using the new FsGrid in Vlasiator.
